Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates for all positions who meet the following qualifications:

  • Certified Alcohol & Drug Addiction Counselor, or willingness to earn this certification.
  • Comfort with a hybrid schedule, with 60% of weekly clinical hours conducted in office.
  • Ability to schedule 27 hours of clinical contact per work week.

Available Positions and Schedules

The following Licensed Associate positions are open to Oregon Licensed Professional Counselors, Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Workers:

  • One weekday position, Monday–Friday. Some evenings preferred.

Friday afternoons are dedicated to staff lunch, meetings, supervision, and administrative work.


Hired staff will have a six-month probationary period during which insurance credentialing will occur. During this period, staff will be compensated at an hourly rate based on completed clinical hours, with 1.5 hours credited per completed/billed clinical hour. An additional 30 minutes per clinical hour is reserved for associated administrative work. Maximum scheduled clinical hours

Preferred Training and Experience

  • Training and experience providing family therapy.
  • Certified Gambling Addiction Counselor certification, or willingness to earn this credential.
  • Gottman Method and/or EFT Couples Therapy.

$45.43 - $49.23 per hour
