Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) providing therapy

Description

The Production Farm is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive services to individuals of all ages. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Counselor to join our team.


Responsibilities:

- Provide diagnostic and mental health assessments to patients.

-Collaborate with internal providers and partner organizations to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral concerns.

-Participate in planning and implementation of therapeutic programming. 

-Provide ongoing individual, family, and/or group therapy. 

-Coordinate with county mental health services for continuity of care and discharge planning. 

-Complete documentation of services rendered.

-Facilitate training for mental health-related issues as necessary and requested. 

-Mentorship of clinical interns as needed or requested. 


Qualifications:

-Master's degree in a behavioral/social science field (i.e. Psychology, Social Work) from an accredited college or university.

-Must hold full licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin. 

-The individual must possess the complete licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) for at least five years

-Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, and crisis intervention. 

-Must be able to pass a caregiver background check.
