The Pollination Project LinkedIn Specialist Remote · Contractor Company website

We pair leaders in the anti-factory farming movement with dedicated social media specialists—and, in some cases, editors—to help them build digital audiences they actually own rather than continually renting reach through paid advertising or third-party influencers. Each specialist partners closely with one or more movement leaders, learning their voice, shaping their LinkedIn strategy, and helping translate their ideas into compelling posts, newsletters and short video.

About The Pollination Project

The Pollination Project Foundation provides seed funding for people who are driving transformational change in their communities, cultures and countries. We believe in the transformative potential of local change-makers. Our mission is to empower individuals to drive positive change in their communities, cultures, and countries through seed funding.

Description

ABOUT THE RESONANCE NETWORK

The Resonance Network is a nonprofit program of The Pollination Project Foundation in partnership with We Are Impactors. We help movement leaders, executive directors and founders become influential voices in their own right. We started with a five-leader pilot, it worked, and we're growing our cohort of leaders and support specialists.

THE WORK

You're matched with one (or more) leader and you run their LinkedIn. You'll learn their voice, set the strategy with them, write and schedule the content, and stay close enough to catch the moments worth jumping on. You'll work alongside our Director of Social Media Production, who sets the standard across the cohort and has your back, and you'll report your numbers monthly so the whole program learns from what you're seeing.

WHY LINKEDIN

Several of our leaders speak to policymakers, press, industry and funders, and LinkedIn is where that audience actually lives. This role is the full LinkedIn craft: ghostwriting posts in a leader's voice, newsletters, native short video, comment and connection strategy, and knowing the difference between what performs and what just fills a feed. If you're also strong on X, tell us. The two often travel together for this kind of leader.

YOU'D BE A GOOD FIT IF

You've grown someone else's LinkedIn presence and can show the numbers. You can ghostwrite for an expert who isn't a content person and doesn't have much time, and sound like them rather than like a brand. You can edit short-form video, or you want to pair with an editor who can. You understand LinkedIn strategy better than we do, can run yourself without much management and understand how to support busy executives and leaders. And you care deeply about farm animals and our anti-factory farming mission.

THE DETAILS

We budget $1500-$2500 a month per leader, depending on scope. Contract, remote, ongoing. This is a rolling call rather than a single opening: we match people as leaders come on board, so we can't promise a match on any particular timeline.

HOW TO APPLY

Tell us a story about yourself. We'd rather read something real than a formal cover letter. Share the LinkedIn presences you've grown with the numbers behind them, and tell us which kind of leader you'd want to work with
