Overview: The Resonance Network pairs anti-factory farming movement leaders with dedicated social media managers who turn their expertise into content that builds real audiences. As we grow toward a fifteen-leader cohort, this role oversees that team of social media managers — setting the creative standard, providing direction, and keeping quality high across every leader's channels.
The Resonance Network (TRN) helps leaders of the anti-factory farming movement become influential voices in their own right. Instead of renting reach through paid influencers, we give trusted advocates dedicated social support to build audiences they actually own. We started with a five-leader pilot and we're growing toward a fifteen-leader cohort. This role is the operational core that makes that growth work.
Here's how the program works: we pair each movement leader with a dedicated social media manager and editor who turn that leader's expertise into content that reaches real audiences, grows their following, and converts online influence into real-world impact. It's high-touch support, built around each individual leader.
As we grow, we need someone to oversee the social media managers, hold a high quality bar across every leader's channels, and make sure the whole program is producing strong, consistent work. That's this role.
We're looking for a social media savant — someone who lives on these platforms, feels a trend before it breaks, and knows what travels and why. You set the standard for the team of social media managers, give them creative direction and expertise, and keep quality high across every leader. You won't be writing each leader's day-to-day posts, and you won't be micromanaging, but you are the person responsible for how good the program's social output is and for the team that produces it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF
HOW THE ROLE FITS
You'll report into our Executive Director. A few things sit deliberately outside this role so you can focus: each leader's voice and craft stays with their per-leader social media manager; cohort-wide deep data analysis will sit with a dedicated Data Analyst; budget and contractor HR sit with Operations; and overall strategic direction sits with the Program Director. Your focus is the social media work and the team producing it, and it's a deep role.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
$108,000 / year · 32-40 hours / week · Remote (US)
A senior role with real ownership and direct access to the data. Remote, with availability across Eastern and Pacific working hours. This is a full-time employee role (W-2, benefits-eligible), ongoing and funded by a two-year grant, starting with a three-month paid trial. It's the role that lets a growing cohort of movement leaders run with a small, focused team. We will close this application on September 6th and even if you are the best fit, you may not hear from us until early to mid-September.
HOW TO APPLY
Tell us a story about yourself. We'd rather read something real than a formal cover letter. Then share links to the accounts and content you've grown, with the numbers and real-world impact behind them.
Resonance is a nonprofit and an equal-opportunity workplace. We welcome applicants of every background and especially encourage people from communities underrepresented in this work to apply.
