About The Plant Peddler
The Plant Peddler is an interior landscape service provider that has been beautifying Atlanta since 1983. The business maintains interior plants and plantscapes, ranging from desktop orchids to multi-story green walls to event staging, throughout the Atlanta Metro.
About the Night/Weekend Delivery Driver Role
The Night/Weekend Delivery Driver helps The Plant Peddler create great spaces for some of Atlanta's biggest events. The role delivers plants and trees to event venues for corporate events, weddings, graduations, conferences, etc.
Technical Duties:
- Help prepare plants for delivery to event venue
- Drive plants to event venue
- Stage plants at event venue at the direction of The Plant Peddler's event and design partners
- Return plants to greenhouse storage at the conclusion of event
Customer Service Duties:
- Exhibit courteous behavior at all times while servicing accounts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Able to lift plants and staging materials, including 6' - 8' trees
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving cargo van and box truck
- Able to pass Department of Transportation physical
