We're an hybrid insurance/cash pay clinic where every appointment is 1-on-1 for an entire hour. We also offer online services to be able to help people around the world and deliver online programs through our own fitness app. Our in-person and online clients are diverse and include gymnasts, dancers, barbell athletes, baseball players, runners, and other active individuals who want to move better and feel better. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and sports performance, so all of our PT's have a background or experience in the strength and conditioning. Position Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Sports Physical Therapist with a special interest in Pelvic Health to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of strength and conditioning principles and a passion for helping patients achieve their physical wellness goals. While we are open to considering new graduates, we prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

- Utilize strength and conditioning techniques to facilitate recovery and improve athletic performance.

- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-management strategies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.


Qualifications:

- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports physical therapy preferred; new graduates will be considered.

- Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
