Office Hours:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch)
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (closed 1:00–2:00 PM for lunch)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM - would work some Fridays

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for a highly motivated Certified Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of clinical excellence and patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Clinical & Patient Care

• Administer injections as ordered by provider
• Verify medication & doses
• Educate patients on injection site care, medication storage and expectations
• Ensure clinical rooms are properly stocked, prepared, and compliant
• Process and coordinate prescription refill requests
• Respond to patient clinical questions via phone
• Triage patient concerns and escalate appropriately
• Assist providers as needed

What It Takes

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred (Certified MA)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Demonstrated competency in IM and subcutaneous injection technique
• Strong computer and clinical documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to follow clinical protocols
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
