Are you a passionate, experienced pet groomer who loves dogs and the freedom of working on the go? Barkley Square is looking for a talented and dedicated Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team.

We operate a state-of-the-art mobile grooming van, bringing high-quality pet spa services directly to our clients' homes. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is comfortable with both driving a large vehicle and providing top-notch grooming services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a mobile grooming van, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and in good working order.
• Travel to clients' homes to provide scheduled grooming appointments.
• Perform a variety of grooming services, including bathing, drying, haircuts, de-shedding, nail trims, and ear cleaning.
• Interact professionally and compassionately with both pets and their owners.
• Manage a daily schedule of appointments, including client communication and appointment confirmations.
• Handle all aspects of the grooming process, from check-in to check-out, and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate records of each pet's services and any special notes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional pet groomer.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience driving a large van or similar vehicle is a plus.
• Excellent dog-handling skills and a deep understanding of animal behavior.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule effectively.
• A true passion for the well-being and happiness of dogs.
