Delivering joy with the best fresh peaches you've ever had! The Peach Truck is a 14-year-old Nashville-based company whose mission is to deliver joy by sharing hand-picked, just-off-the-tree peaches. You can now pickup our products at local pop-ups each summer, or year-round at your front door with nationwide shipping. As part of The Peach Truck team, you will work alongside passionate, caring, and fun high-performing individuals. Together we will create joy by delivering hand-picked peaches to our communities while fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.

Join The Peach Truck as a Tour Team Leader and play a key support leadership role on one of our traveling summer tours. You will work alongside a team of 6–14 team members to execute 2–3 stops per day, serving customers with a friendly, positive attitude while working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role serves as a support leader to the Tour Assistant Market Leader, taking ownership of assigned tasks, leading small groups of team members, and helping ensure smooth execution across daily operations. When the Tour Assistant Market Leader is unavailable or focused on higher-level responsibilities, the Tour Team Leader steps in to guide the team and keep operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, on-the-road leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and building leadership experience in a high-energy, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Support Leadership & Execution

• Serve as a support leader to the Tour Assistant Market Leader by taking ownership of assigned tasks and leading small groups of team members to complete daily objectives.
• Step in to guide the team when the Tour Assistant Market Leader is unavailable or focused on higher-level responsibilities.

Team Direction & Task Management

• Assign tasks to team members, provide clear instructions, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance during stops and provide real-time feedback and support

Customer Experience

• Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Help maintain a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction.

Setup & Operations

• Support the setup and teardown of each stop, including organizing tables, tents, signage, and equipment (50+ lbs).
• Ensure stops are executed according to operational standards and brand expectations.

Problem Solving & Adaptability

• Identify issues during stops (staffing gaps, setup challenges, customer concerns) and take initiative to resolve or escalate them appropriately.

Driving & Transportation

• Safely operate rental vehicles and assist with transportation of team members and equipment as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable living and working on the road in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, operations, or a lead/mentor role preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and maintain physical stamina across long, consecutive workdays in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support peers in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions while following direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and customer education.
• Comfortable using mobile tools and technology for communication and task management.
• Willingness and ability to travel full-time throughout the season, including overnight and multi-week stays across multiple states.
