In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our brand presence across NYC while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and joy that defines The Peach Truck. You’ll support daily operations across multiple locations, guide a team of seasonal staff, and execute strategic initiatives designed to grow awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Growth & Community Engagement:

• Champion The Peach Truck brand across New York City by leading your team to create memorable, buzz-worthy customer experiences.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador—educating customers, encouraging social media sharing, and identifying opportunities to connect with local businesses and communities.
• Partner with the Market Leader to execute on local marketing efforts, from pop-ups and collaborations to community-driven activations.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard a seasonal team that embodies The Peach Truck’s values and customer-first mindset.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to develop a high-functioning, enthusiastic team.
• Create a culture of pride and ownership at every stop—fostering energy, joy, and a commitment to excellence.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple NYC locations, ensuring smooth setup, teardown, inventory management, and compliance with safety and brand standards.
• Coordinate logistics for busy urban environments, from parking to crowd flow, ensuring an efficient and seamless customer experience.
• Monitor inventory and work with your team to execute accurate, timely restocks and product rotation to maintain peak freshness.

Scheduling & Planning:

• Partner with your Market Leader to build strategic schedules based on customer demand, traffic patterns, and local events to maximize impact and sales.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, break coverage, and equipment logistics across your assigned locations.

Sales Strategy & Performance:

• Understand market-specific sales goals and lead your team to deliver on targets through upselling, storytelling, and customer education.
• Use data and customer feedback to drive decisions, identify gaps or growth opportunities, and share insights with leadership.
• Analyze stop-by-stop performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet or exceed expectations.

Market Insights & Competitive Awareness:

• Stay in tune with NYC retail trends, competitor activity, and neighborhood dynamics to stay one step ahead.
• Use your observations and data to offer feedback and ideas that help The Peach Truck stand out in a crowded market.

Requirements:

• 21+ years old with eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (mandatory during peak season: June – August).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (ability to drive cargo vans a plus).
• Retail or team leadership experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs safely and repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in NYC’s varied weather conditions.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a knack for multitasking.
• Comfortable working without direct supervision.
• Smartphone access and tech literacy required.
• Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and growing a beloved brand.
