The Pack Labs, a leader in the hemp-derived cannabinoid industry, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team at our main warehouse. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the well-being and productivity of our employees by keeping our workplace in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interior Cleaning:
• Clean windows and mirrors, empty trash and recycling bins, sanitize surfaces in common areas and offices, and maintain cleanliness in restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Floor Maintenance:
• Sweep, mop, polish, and vacuum floors using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are spotless.
• Organization:
• Keep the custodian’s closet organized, ensuring all cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored and readily accessible.
• Exterior Maintenance:
• Perform outdoor tasks such as mowing lawns, watering plants, and removing leaves and trash from the exterior areas of the facility.
• Minor Repairs:
• Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs and unclogging toilets. Report any major repair needs to the General Manager.
• Safety Compliance:
• Uphold a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety rules and precautions, contributing to a secure working environment.
• Documentation:
• Complete the janitorial Master Cleaning checklists at the end of each shift, ensuring all tasks are accounted for.
• Additional Tasks:
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, supporting the overall maintenance and functionality of the facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision.
• Collaborative attitude, working well with others, including maintenance personnel.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including standing and walking for long periods, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

• Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Type: Full-time position
• Compensation: $17.00 an hour - $21.00 an hour
