As a Ministry Resident at The Orchard Church, you will:

• Participate in Residency Training: Engage in structured learning across four stages—assimilation & calling, relational leadership, positional leadership, and directional leadership.
• Serve in Ministry: Lead and serve in assigned ministry areas under the guidance of a pastor, including opportunities such as preaching, teaching, small group leadership, counseling, and pastoral care.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Learn to lead teams, recruit and train volunteers, create ministry structures, and cast vision for future ministry opportunities.
• Gain Practical Ministry Experience: Participate in ministry assignments such as sermon preparation, weddings, funerals, hospital visits, mission trips, and community engagement.
• Grow Spiritually: Commit to spiritual formation through discipleship, reading, and personal reflection while serving faithfully in the church community .
