**Job Overview:**

Are you looking for a hands-on internship experience within a dynamic and thriving church community? The Orchard Church is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Interns. This internship offers valuable learning opportunities in various aspects of ministry and church operations.

Interns typically serve for 1 year or 3 months depending on the arrangements that are made. Interns will participate in staff meetings, select leadership meetings, help with ministry planning, and will have the chance to learn valuable insights from our ministry leaders. Interns will meet regularly for personal growth and spiritual development. Interns will be assigned to work with one of our ministries within The Orchard and will be encouraged to develop relationships with those who attend that ministry, and will work closely with the pastor(s)/minister(s).

**Responsibilities:**

- Dependent on specific ministry that the internship is working with.

This is a paid internship with a salary of $12 per hour with an average weekly scheduleInterns will serve an average of 25 hours per week, this can be adjusted based on the activities of the church, all of the hours should be worked out with the Missions Pastor and/or executive leadership team.
