We provide services in natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.

We are currently urgently hiring a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an afternoon case in Covington, GA

Position Details

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Immediate Case: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM in Covington, GA

Service Areas: In-home and community-based services

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients in natural environments.
• Collect accurate and consistent data during sessions.
• Teach communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior-reduction and replacement-behavior procedures.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies while maintaining a compassionate and child-centered approach.
• Maintain professional communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Complete session documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Promote generalization of learned skills across people, settings, and environments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and organizational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification preferred/required.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience in ABA is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a clinical team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Commitment to providing respectful, ethical, and individualized care.
