Job Title: Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Location: The Nest at Black Hawk

Position Overview

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at The Nest. This part-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our luxury accommodations and shared spaces. Housekeepers ensure each dome is guest-ready, stocked, and maintained to The Nest’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest domes between stays, including bathrooms, sleeping areas, kitchenettes, and living spaces
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to brand standards
• Restock guest supplies and report low inventory levels
• Clean and maintain common areas, service areas, and staff spaces as assigned
• Inspect accommodations for damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns and report issues promptly
• Follow established cleaning schedules, checklists, and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor when interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
