Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Prepare patients for examination and procedures
• Assist providers with clinical procedures
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, and EKGs (as applicable)
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care
• Handle clinical calls, refill requests, and follow-ups
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards
• Expected to assist with front desk duties, including patient check-in and check-out, when needed

Qualifications

Required

• Medical Assistant diploma/certification OR active LPN/RN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred in outpatient/primary care)
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in pediatrics, primary care, internal medicine, or specialty clinic

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
