The Minifig Co. was established in 2014 and is a fast growing company that designs custom Lego minifigures, accessories and kits. We utilize multiple printing disciplines (UV digital, Pad and 3D) to give our clients and customers Superior finished products. Our culture is "work hard, but have fun along the way". We are pop culture nerds who go down rabbit holes to find fun things to print next. Our mission is to be able to create anything our minds or our customers can dream.

Daily activities (as needed):

• Assemble/Disassemble parts
• Fulfill orders
• Pack/ship orders
• Load/unload jigs
• Sort/pick/package kits
• Breakdown boxes for recycling
• Maintain clean and organized workspace

Cross-Training possibilities:

• Airbrushing
• Pad Printing
• Injection molding (coming 2nd quarter 2023)

Desired Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Good communicator (willing to share ideas and let us know if something isn't working)
• Have strong/nimble hands to disassemble/assemble on average 300-1000 parts daily.
• Interested in Lego products and/or enjoy being a kid at any age
• Non-smoker (our facility is non-smoking)

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to go up and down stairs
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to stand up to 7 hours (not typical)
