Shift hours scheduled between 3:00pm and 2:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality cocktails and drinks with a focus on attention to detail and creativity.
• Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a friendly and engaging bar atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all health and safety standards, including handling customer food allergies and concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients.
• Passion for mixology and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language skills preferred, bilingual a plus
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid California ABC Responsible Beverage Service certification and a California Food Handler's card (or obtain before starting).
