Server/BOH Class Assistant (Part-Time | Friday & Saturday Evenings)

• Part-time
• Friday and/or Saturday shifts
• 3:00pm–11:00pm Friday
• 2:00-10:00 Saturday

About the Role:

Our Friday and Saturday night classes are lively, high-energy, and guest-focused — and we’re looking for Class Assistants who can help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

During evening classes, Class Assistants will:

• Set up cook stations and classrooms before class
• Restock oils, seasonings, butter, bar items, and guest supplies
• Support guest flow by assisting with check-in and apron distribution
• Assist guests with drinks
• Assist Chef during class (fetching items for Chef as needed, moving guests' food in/out of oven, occasionally preparing and serving side dishes for guests)
• Handle dishes, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation throughout class
• Reset dining areas between courses
• Complete thorough end-of-night cleaning and closing checklists
• Help prepare the kitchen for the next day’s classes

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable availability Friday & Saturday evenings
• Comfortable interacting with our guests and providing excellent customer service
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Friendly, calm, and team-oriented
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
