WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
COMPENSATION
Once you're certified, have been offered a position, and are stepping into it, you'll earn commission plus gratuity on a structure that grows with tenure: 5% commission plus 90% of gratuity for shows 1–12, 7% commission plus 90% of gratuity for shows 13–24, and 10% commission plus 90% of gratuity from show 25 onward.
On average per show, combined commission and gratuity across all tiers range from $3,500 to $7,000.
THE PATH TO THIS ROLE
New Travel Stylists join us through our Contractor Stylist pathway: an initial discovery call, a shadow show, and a training and evaluation period leading to certification eligibility. Completing certification does not guarantee an official contractor offer — final decisions are based on performance, professionalism, and overall fit. It’s designed to give both sides a clear, honest look at the role before you officially step into it.
