At The Language Arc PLLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality speech therapy services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers a competitive salary range of $16 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Overview:**

As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and documenting client progress.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP

- Conduct therapy sessions with clients, both individually and in group settings

- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team

- Provide support to clients and their families throughout the therapy process

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
