POSITION SUMMARY:
The Building Custodian is responsible for monitoring the building daily and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Interacts and communicates with the vendors and other employees in a courteous and professional manner.
· Communicates with the appropriate staff in a timely manner.
· Will assist leadership in establishing policy and procedures related to the building.
· Assist with troubleshooting all areas of the building.
· Patrol building to ensure spaces are utilized appropriately and are compliant with safety measures.
· Set up / tear down rooms as directed.
· Work cohesively with other Kingsley departments.
· Maintain a safe, clean workplace.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma preferred.
· 2-3 years industry experience preferred.
· Current Act 33/34 and FBI clearances

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Indoor and outdoor
· Frequently required to work at a fast pace.
· Evening, and weekend work are required occasionally.
$15 - $17 per hour
