We’re a growing salon in Ventura, CA, shaped by years of experience in New York salon culture and built around strong education, thoughtful systems, and supportive mentorship.

While we’re just beginning our Ventura chapter, our focus is clear: build a supportive team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and create a salon where stylists can steadily grow their craft and clientele.

What you bring

• Valid California Cosmetology License
• 2+ years of behind-the-chair experience preferred
• Proficiency in cutting and coloring
• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Reliability and a collaborative approach to team culture

Compensation

• $18/hour guaranteed for all hours worked
• Additional commission on services and product sales
• Tips go directly to the stylist
