What To Expect During The Interview Process
We believe hiring should be a two-way conversation and aim to provide transparency throughout the process.
Round 1: Screening Conversation (30 minutes)

Round 2: Hiring Manager Interview + Mock Cold Call (60 minutes)
We’ll discuss your experience in more detail and give you an opportunity to demonstrate how you approach outbound conversations.
Round 3: Panel Interview + Take-Home Presentation (60 minutes)
Present a short assignment and meet additional members of the team.
In some cases, an additional conversation may be scheduled to support final hiring decisions.
