We are seeking a Client Services and Marketing Assistant. While we would prefer someone with experience in these areas or the CBD Delta 8 Industry, we will consider inexperienced candidates who possess the requisite aptitude, ambition, and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, comfortable being a member of a team, and can provide support to our managers and staff. The ability to multi-task and complete general administrative activities is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
You will perform clerical and administrative functions such as billing, setting appointments with clients, scanning & uploading files in our secure online file repository, while also working with other team members to coordinate client appreciation and referral events, educational seminars, newsletters, and more. There's plenty of variety, and unlimited growth potential with strong financial upside for the successful candidate.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong computer skills are needed, as are excellent telephone skills. Extra points for an upbeat, positive personality.

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan, schedule, and coordinate office appointments and marketing events
Greet and assist onsite guests and clients
Cheerfully and confidently handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls
Process mail, document inbound checks, and assist with billing
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
