The Hub Hotel Attendant’s primary responsibility is to bring dedication, skill and passion to creating a clean, bright, healing, welcoming environment for each new guest. The Hub Hotel Attendant’s role is critical to the Hub providing a hospitable trauma-informed environment free of clutter and dirt. The Hub Hotel Attendant’s responsibilities are carried out in the main building, Hub Hotel space, and in Hub Studios.
The Hospitality Hub serves people who have experienced discrimination, violence, and other traumatic events. Many Hub clients and guests are healing from trauma related to their marginalization. It is critically important that all members of the Hub team maintain a hospitable and welcoming environment by remaining calm and kind when clients are feeling frustrated.

Hours: 5 days a week, days can vary, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay: Range starts at $15/hour
