Job Description:
Direct care for children ages 6 weeks up to 10 years old. Depending on the ages of the children you will care for 4-10 children at a time maintaining the required ratios determined by minimum standards.
Maintenance of a clean environment.
Promoting developmental play for the children in your care. Guiding activity instructions and assisting in clean up.
Toileting assistance, feeding assistance and conflict resolution per age group as needed.
Team work with other staff to provide a fun and engaging environment.
Toy and play area sanitizing as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass all required background checks.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to physically meet the demand of working with many children at a time including but not limited to; standing, crouching, floor play and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to read and write in English.
