WE’RE HIRING: MARYLAND LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIANS (1099 Contractors)

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

The Healing Centered Collective is expanding, and we are looking for passionate, skilled, and purpose-driven mental health professionals to join our dynamic and culturally affirming practice.

Rooted in the values of healing, community, and equity, our practice is dedicated to providing holistic, trauma-informed care that honors the lived experiences of our clients. We believe therapy should be a space where clients—especially those from historically marginalized communities—feel seen, heard, and safe. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING:

Licensed Mental Health Clinicians in the state of Maryland:

• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• LGPC (Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor)
• LCSW-C (Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical)
• LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO CLINICIANS WITH EXPERIENCE IN:

• Working with children and adolescents
• Providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy
• Trauma-informed care and culturally responsive therapy
• Working with BIPOC communities and marginalized populations
• Managing mild to complex mental health presentations including anxiety, depression, PTSD, family conflict, identity development, and relational concerns

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
• Location: Virtual/Remote, with optional in-person opportunities as we grow
• Caseload: Build and maintain a caseload of clients appropriate to your availability and licensure
• Populations: Children, adolescents, adults, couples, families

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Maryland license (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC)
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor under a group practice model
• Minimum of 15 client hours per week (for part-time)
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed practices
• Reliable internet connection and private space for tele-health sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must carry and maintain individual liability insurance
