The job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to uniquely abled employees who work in a variety of capacities in the shop, like drive-thru, production, retail operations, and offsite events
- Assist with assessing Associates’ skills via task analysis
- Monitor Associates’ progress and communicate any issues or challenges that arise in the workplace to the senior leader on duty
- Bring a positive, patient attitude to work every day
- Ensure all shop functions are operating according to standards
- Resolve customer issues/complaints as needed
- All other duties as assigned
We prefer candidates to have the following education, licensure, and/or experience:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred
- CPI and CPR certifications preferred
