Position Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, empathetic, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our small but mighty team. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours—perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to make a difference from the comfort of home.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
• Assist with order tracking, product questions, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a positive, supportive tone in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with our fulfillment and product teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service

Who You Are:

• You have excellent written communication skills and a warm, professional tone
• You’re patient, understanding, and love helping people solve problems
• You’re comfortable with tech and can quickly learn new systems
• You’re self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your time independently
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
