**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Support Specialist/Help Desk Analyst/Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interactions with our company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers

- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer support or a related field

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
