We’re Hiring: Dental Hygienist | $50–$62.00/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time

Prefer to focus on patient care instead of turning over rooms or writing notes? You’ll have an assistant to support you with that and more. Provide exceptional oral care within an assisted hygiene model where dental assistants and hygienists work together to maximize efficiency, elevate patient comfort, and deliver the highest standard of preventive and therapeutic care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform gentle yet thorough cleanings and hygiene exams
• Take X-rays (or work with an assistant when available)
• Review/update patient medical histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Document treatment notes accurately in OpenDental
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with patients and the team
• Collaborate closely with dentists and assistants
• Stay current with hygiene best practices through ongoing CE

Pay & Perks:

• $50.00–$62.00 per hour base pay based on experience, with an unlimited earning potential through our bonus system

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time available
• Monday through Friday
• No nights, no weekends
• Expected hours: 22.5–37.5 hours/week

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Minnesota Dental Hygiene License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with dental terminology and infection control procedures
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow
• Detail-oriented and organized
