What You'll Do
• Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming experience
• Run your own column, including limited exams, radiographs, child prophylaxis, and sealants
• Help lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with restorative, surgical, emergency, and general dentistry procedures as needed
• Take digital radiographs and impressions
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support efficient patient flow and clinical scheduling
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Assist with inventory, supplies, equipment maintenance, and laboratory duties
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
• Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant license
• CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Leadership experience is a plus
