Associate Dentist – Full-Time (Minneapolis / St. Paul Area)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our modern, fast-paced dental practice on the west side of St. Paul. Our clinic is a state-of-the-art facility focused on delivering comprehensive care for patients of all ages while creating an exceptional guest experience.

We are growing rapidly and looking for an associate dentist to grow with us. The ideal candidate is confident leading a schedule independently, committed to providing exceptional dentistry, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and value.

About the Practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy including exams, treatment planning, restorative, endodontic, fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics and surgical procedures
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Minnesota dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• 2+ years of experience practicing as a general dentist

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
