Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Therapist to provide a wide range of preventive and restorative dental services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to make a positive impact on the oral health of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide restorative treatments such as fillings, SSC crowns, pediatric extractions and pulpotomies/pulpectomies within the scope of practice.
  • Perform preventive dental procedures, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide guidance for improving oral health.
  • Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to develop patient treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Stay current with continuing education and training in dentistry

Qualifications:

  • Dental Therapist license in Minnesota
  • Must be comfortable providing care to children.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, radiology, and dental materials.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
