What You’ll Do

As a Dental Therapist / Advanced Dental Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering preventive and restorative care while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Your daily work will include:

• Providing restorative treatments such as fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies/pulpectomies, and pediatric extractions (within scope of practice)
• Performing preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and guiding them toward better oral health
• Collaborating with our dentist and team to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintaining detailed clinical notes and patient records
• Staying current on CE and emerging best practices in dentistry

About You

You’re a licensed Dental Therapist or Advanced Dental Therapist in Minnesota who is:

• Friendly, dependable, and passionate about serving patients of all ages
• Especially comfortable working with children
• Eager to grow professionally and learn new skills
• A great communicator and team player
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay: $50.00–$65.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: 22.5 to 37.5 hours/week
• No weekends, no evenings
