The Dental Clinic is a rapidly growing private practice in St. Paul seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy

• Diagnose and treatment plan based on patient needs and goals

• Perform restorative, endodontic, fixed prosthodontic, removable prosthodontic, and surgical procedures

• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care

Who We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Minnesota dental license or eligibility for licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with a team

• Passion for delivering patient-centered care and serving a diverse community
