The Role

As a Tax Credit Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and applying for various tax credit programs related to housing. You will work closely with property managers and residents to ensure that all leasing processes comply with federal and state regulations.

What You'll Do

- Assist clients in navigating tax credit programs and understanding eligibility requirements.

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units.

- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is complete.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leasing activities.

- Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with tax credit regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.

- Stay updated on changes in tax credit laws and regulations to provide accurate information.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in leasing or property management.

- Strong understanding of tax credit programs and affordable housing regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).
