The Cove Riverwalk Villas is looking for an energetic, organized, and guest-focused Concierge Supervisor to lead our Concierge Crew and help create unforgettable guest experiences. This is more than a traditional hospitality role. You'll be responsible for building and leading a team, creating structure and consistency in our concierge operations, and continuously improving the guest experience. Description

What You'll Do

As Concierge Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of approximately 10-12 part-time Concierge Crew Members while ensuring our concierge operation runs smoothly every day.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train Concierge Crew Members.
  • Create weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing.
  • Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Lead regular team meetings and maintain clear communication with the Concierge Crew.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built around exceptional hospitality.

Guest Experience

  • Oversee concierge operations during arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, timely transportation and assistance.
  • Work closely with the Guest Services Supervisor to identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
  • Serve as a visible leader on the property and provide support whenever needed.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Create processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and communication.
  • Develop, document, and improve concierge procedures and workflows.
  • Coordinate logistics between the Concierge, Cleaning, Maintenance, and Guest Services teams.
  • Pull guest data and operational reports to help evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Golf Cart Management

  • Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of the golf carts.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all carts remain safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality, hotel, or guest services experience.
  • Experience hiring, scheduling, and training employees.
  • Experience creating or improving operational processes.
  • Comfortable using reporting tools and technology to monitor team performance.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
  • Primarily Thursday through Monday
  • Typical shift: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
