Utility Clerk will maintain cleanliness of the store, retrieve carts and work as back up support to the many departments as needed.

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
•Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects
•Clean, each hour monitor and maintain restrooms, corridors, and store entrance areas
•Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
•Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
•Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
•Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
•Follow the housekeeping schedule
•Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
•Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs
Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
Wiping down tables, desks, and counters
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Mopping hard floors and bathrooms
Emptying trash
Monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies
-Gather carts from the parking lot if Courtesy Clerks need assistance
Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
Conduct hourly floor sweeps
Clean and pick up trash in the parking lot and dock area.
Clean the breakroom every day and clean out the breakroom refrigerator weekly
