Job Overview
As an Account Executive at Experimental Sweets and The Cotton Candy Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building key relationships within our target market. You will focus on engaging with community event organizers, aspiring and experienced food entrepreneurs, food influencers, content creators, farms, homesteads, and current food businesses looking to expand into festivals or prepackaged products. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and supporting our mission of helping unique food ideas thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients within the target market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Understanding of the food industry and its key players
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
