Kitchen Prep for Upscale Restaurant
Part-Time positions available for those looking to work for a high quality, new but growing company in a prime steak and seafood restaurant located on the historic Springtown, TX square. We also offer weekend brunch service. Must be available to Thursday through Sunday. Weekends are mandatory.
Kitchen Prep Responsibilities Include:
Mop and sweep kitchen and prep space.
Maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid cross contamination.
Unload food supplies from delivery truck and receive.
Track low inventory and notify chef of low stock items.
Maintain freshness of product and rotation of old product out.
Help cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
Preparing batters, sauces, dressings, and other house made recipes as instructed.
Expo of prepared food for during service
Maintain awareness of and follow all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
$13 - $16 per hour
