As a Production Lead in Training in our High-Volume Facility Environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Producing dough, baking, and expertly packaging our scrumptious cookies within our fast-paced operation.
• Assisting in nationwide shipping operations to ensure our cookies reach customers far and wide.
• Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization that our operation demands.
• Assisting with various manager-assigned tasks, opening and closing shift responsibilities and contributing to the smooth flow of our small scale manufacturing process.

Experience and Training:

• Possessing or obtaining a current food handlers card is a plus.
• Prior kitchen or production experience is desired.
