The Climb Clinic Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is currently seeking a motivated, passionate, and fitness-forward physical therapist to join our team.

Description

The Climb Clinic opened in 2020 and is a cash-based clinic located in a climbing gym. We are expanding our operation to a headquarter facility in Golden, Colorado. Our clinic strives to offer comprehensive evidence-based treatment sessions for our clients. We treat in 1hr blocks to empower our clients to take control over their recovery by working with them to achieve their active goals through rehab and strength training.

Responsibilities

  • Identify patients’ goals and needs through in person evaluations 
  • Develop care plans using evidence-based treatment techniques through 1-on-1 hour treatments
  • Create rehab and performance-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
  • Empower the client to own their progress from rehab to performance through looking at the whole person (such as lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, etc)
  • Consult with other health professionals as appropriate
  • Document patient care services and provide superbills at patients request
  • Engage with our community and partners through outreach and events 
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, etc.


Required Qualifications

  • Active physical therapist license in the state of Colorado
  • Has high-level manual therapy prescription skills in general orthopedics. Pelvic Floor Rehab, and Vestibular knowledge or interest are a plus!
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional behavior and ability to work as a team
  • Comfortable working with outdoor athletes of all levels: ranging from beginners to professional athletes


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Experience in a cash-based clinic setting
  • Specialized experience working with outdoor athletes
  • OCS and/or CSCS certification 
  • Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, and other applicable certifications

Compensation: Based on experience and commitment, with monthly production commission

Salary

$62,000 - $85,000 per year
