You’ve built the clinical experience. What do you want to do with it?
The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC, is a growing multidisciplinary group mental health practice with a mission to be the premier integrative health and wellness resource for trauma and anxiety in our community. We have three locations (Bel Air, Nottingham/Perry Hall, and Cockeysville/Hunt Valley). We partner with our sister practice, Get Centered Wellness, in Bel Air to offer vibrational sound healing, therapeutic yoga, reiki, meditation, psychedelic assisted therapy, intensives, retreats, and more.
We are looking to meet the growing needs of our communities and add to our talented and passionate team. If you are looking to be part of an exceptional collective of healers, focused on treating trauma and anxiety in an integrative, collaborative setting, you're in the right place!
The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (CTSA) is hiring an experienced Maryland Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Clinical Supervisor to join our growing group practice. We are seeking an independently licensed LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT or similarly qualified Maryland behavioral health clinician who wants to maintain a clinical caseload while also supervising and developing other therapists.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist who still enjoys clinical work but is ready for more than simply adding clients to their caseload.
Position Highlights
About the Role
Clinicians maintain a caseload aligned with their professional goals and CTSA's clinical expectations. The position begins at a minimum of 15 completed clinical sessions per week, with the opportunity to increase caseload and qualify for CTSA's full-time tier and associated benefits.
Clinical compensation is fee-for-service. Experienced clinicians earn approximately $50–$60 per completed clinical session based on experience, advanced training, professional development, and CTSA compensation tier.
Qualified supervisors receive additional compensation for clinical supervision and the administrative responsibilities associated with supervising developing clinicians ($4k-$25K annually). Supervisory assignments vary based on the practice's need and are not guaranteed.
We recognize that supervision extends beyond the scheduled supervision hour. CTSA supervisors provide clinical consultation, support clinical decision-making, review and co-sign documentation when required, assist with urgent clinical situations, and help developing clinicians strengthen case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and clinical judgment.
Qualifications
Candidates must:
Prior clinical supervision experience is strongly preferred.
Experience or advanced training in trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment, OCD, couples/family therapy, neurodivergence, or integrative mental health is especially valued.
Why CTSA?
Experienced therapists have options. You can join a large behavioral health company, use an insurance platform, build a private practice, or join another group practice.
CTSA offers another path: the autonomy and flexibility clinicians value in private practice, with the infrastructure, referrals, professional community, benefits pathway, clinical development, and career opportunities of an established group practice.
You focus on providing excellent therapy and supervision. We handle much of what happens behind it: credentialing, billing and collections, referrals, intake support, marketing, technology, office infrastructure, and practice operations.
For clinicians interested in supervision, CTSA also provides an opportunity to grow professionally and financially without relying solely on seeing more clients.
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, clinically strong therapist who values excellent care, professional growth, and developing other clinicians.
