Description

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

We believe the future of mental health care must be different.

More relational.

More integrative.

More collaborative.

More human.

At CTSA, we are building more than a therapy practice. We are creating a multidisciplinary community of clinicians, educators, supervisors, and innovators committed to helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and the stressors of modern life through clinically excellent, deeply compassionate care.

We believe exceptional clinical work happens when psychologists are supported in doing meaningful, thoughtful work... not pushed into burnout, isolation, or endless productivity pressure.

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist who wants to build a meaningful long-term professional home within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves psychotherapy and values depth-oriented clinical work
  • Enjoys thinking critically and conceptually about cases
  • Appreciates interdisciplinary collaboration
  • May be interested in supervision, mentorship, leadership, or program development
  • May enjoy incorporating some assessment or testing work into their role, without wanting testing to become their entire identity or workload

Who We Are

CTSA is an integrative mental health and wellness organization specializing in:

  • Trauma
  • Anxiety and OCD
  • Stress-related conditions
  • Attachment and relational concerns
  • Whole-person healing

Our multidisciplinary team includes:

  • Psychologists
  • Counselors
  • Social workers
  • Psychiatric providers
  • Wellness practitioners
  • Integrative and complementary providers

Through collaboration with our sister organization, Get Centered Wellness, we also offer:

  • Therapeutic yoga
  • Meditation
  • Sound healing
  • Retreats and intensives
  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
  • Educational programming and CEUs
  • Leadership and professional development initiatives

We are deeply committed to advancing both clinical excellence and human connection.

About the Role

This position is primarily psychotherapy-focused, with flexibility to shape aspects of the role around the psychologist’s strengths and interests.

Psychologists at CTSA have opportunities to:

  • Maintain a meaningful outpatient psychotherapy caseload
  • Specialize in trauma and/or anxiety treatment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers
  • Participate in case consultation and training
  • Develop groups, workshops, retreats, or specialty programming
  • Provide supervision to trainees or early-career clinicians (if interested)
  • Engage in adjunctive assessment/testing work (if desired)

We are especially interested in psychologists who enjoy mentorship, leadership development, and contributing to a strong clinical culture — though formal supervisory experience is not required.

This is a role with room to grow.

We value clinicians who want to contribute ideas, shape programming, deepen their expertise, and be part of building something meaningful alongside a strong team.

Who Thrives at CTSA

The psychologists who thrive here are people who:

  • Care deeply about providing exceptional care
  • Value strong clinical thinking and relational depth
  • Appreciate accountability and professionalism
  • Want collaboration rather than isolation
  • Enjoy mentoring, teaching, or supporting others’ growth
  • Are intellectually curious and growth-oriented
  • Want meaningful work and long-term professional development
  • Believe healing should address the whole person — mind, body, relationships, and nervous system

Our clinicians are not “clock in, clock out” therapists.

They are thoughtful professionals who care deeply about their clients, their teammates, and the impact they are making in the field.
