Position Overview 

This posting is for a full-time BCBA clinical supervisor for our outpatient clinic facilities in Charlottesville, VA and Culpeper, VA. BCBA clinical supervisors will provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities within the home, school, and community settings. Analysts will be responsible for providing on-going training and feedback to our RBT level staff, as well as caregivers. They will manage a small caseload of clients with the support of a BCBA-D, allowing for on-going clinic support and professional development. Employees in this role are responsible for conducting adaptive behavior assessments, functional assessments as well as skill assessments to be included in our client’s individual treatment plans with guidance from our skilled doctorate-level staff. Additional requirements are to routinely evaluate program effectiveness, make modifications as needed, as well as establish positive relationships with our providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. Our clinical supervisors must be detailed oriented, and strong in the areas of data analysis, leadership, and communication. 


 Job Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree + approved BCBA course sequence
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

 Salary

  • 110-120 hour monthly billing requirement
  • Monthly overtime for additional billable hours over contract requirement


Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday - Thursday; 8:30am - 2pm Friday


Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
