The role of Children's Ministry Coordinator involves executing ministry strategies, assisting with Sunday children's classes, coordinating events, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing emails, attending meetings, liaising with parents and volunteers, coordinating room bookings, overseeing child dedication tasks, updating schedules, creating visuals, assisting with events, managing social media posts, and collaborating on ministry strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in Kid's Church services, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Monday.com, excellent communication skills, a love for children and ministry, and a proactive, servant-hearted attitude. This role requires the ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks effectively, anticipate ministry needs, and adapt to new technologies.
