DESCRIPTION

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, helping create a friendly and inviting café environment

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café menu items according to established standards

• Operate café equipment and point of sale systems safely and effectively

• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards, including counters, equipment, prep areas, and

seating areas

• Restock supplies, ingredients, cups, lids, and other café items as needed

• Follow all café procedures, standards, and recipes to ensure consistency and quality

• Assist with opening, closing, and general daily café tasks as assigned

• Follow all food-handling, cleanliness, safety, and security protocols
