This position works approximately 8 - 12 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop the Online Hosting Team through scheduling, communication, coaching, and volunteer care 

• Prepare online service notes, links, engagement prompts, and key moments within Church Online platforms 

• Partner with Production, Worship, and Communications teams to enhance the online worship experience 

• Monitor live services and online engagement during weekend services and special weekends 

• Recruit, onboard, train, and equip online volunteers 

• Help facilitate online prayer, salvations, next steps, and digital connection opportunities

•Create engaging and welcoming experiences for online attendees throughout the weekend experience  

• Help develop strategies to increase engagement and connection with online audiences throughout the week 

• Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve the online experience  

• Attend Weekly Service programming meeting and special weekend planning meetings  

• Provide a Pastoral touch to the online experience
